Bayou Phoenix - New Orleans

Bayou Phoenix will be a new mixed-use destination property scheduled to be built on the land of the prior Six Flags Theme Park in New Orleans. Bayou Phoenix will become a beacon of opportunity for the local community and for New Orleans as a whole, offering location-based entertainment and state-of-the-art facilities that are firsts for Louisiana.

The project is currently slated to offer guests an indoor and outdoor waterpark, two hotels, an indoor sports center, multi-purpose outdoor sports fields, a retail and dining district, a large entertainment center and tv/film studios.

Immersive Arts and Chick Russell & Company were selected as lead consultants for the overall destination project. The video and 3D renderings below demonstrate the strategic and conceptual master planning work completed in phase one.
